Introduction or Discovery
We meet with you in person to learn all we can about you and your company. Durning this meeting we will introduce you to each service we offer to give you a better idea of how we can make your online presence as strong as possible. By the end of this meeting we will have (together) determined which services your business will benefit from the most and what functions or plugins (customer login, calendar of events, blog) your project will need. When we return to our studio we will put together a proposal that outlines what services and functions we will be providing, along with the sites navigation and sitemap.
Design
Once the proposal is signed it becomes out contract. From there we gather all existing material from your company; current site, print material, brochures, logo, colors etc.). We will create three wireframes and three moodboards for your review. You will choose one wireframe and one moodboard that will be used to create your site.
Building and Testing
Once the moodboard and wireframe are chosen we create a functional test site for you to explore. We encourage you to click on everything, view all pages, fill in all forms, anything a customer might do we want you to do to ensure the site works exactly as it should. Upon approval we will begin to add your company’s content to the site. Any functionality changes made after this point will result in additional charges.
Training
In this phase we train you on how to update and edit your new CMS website. We will show you how to use certain functions of your website and train another person(s) who will be updating the site. This training session last about 2 hours (it can be 1 hour one day and 1 hour another or 2 hours all together.
Social Media Phase
Decided in the introduction phase, we will create any social media pages you need to help tell the story of your company. We will also review and teach you and your employees on the proper use of your company’s social media pages, how to post meaningful, interactive posts, and how to respond to negative and positive feedback/reviews from customers. This is a second, separate training session focused solely on social media and how to integrate it into your current/future marketing plans.
Going Live or Deployment
This final phase is when we officially connect your domain name to the website we’ve created for you. Your website will now be live so all your customers can see, and use your new website.
